BEST Chinese food in Staten Island by far. The food is absolutely delicious and the service amazing. This is THE place to eat if you are ever in the mood for a great Chinese meal.

With big portions and great quality food, you can`t go wrong with these prices.

The service here is very cooperative and they try to work with there customers as best they can. Always a fast delivery and food arrives hot every time.

Ordered from here multiple times now, I have to say that the food is pretty good, can't complain. General Tso's Chicken was good, the pork fried rice was just okay. Chicken Rice Soup had a lot of chicken in it. They followed the order notes well and the food came in a decent amount of time. I'm gonna keep ordering from here, can't go wrong

The food is superb in this take out Chinese Restaurant. Last week I had the Chicken and Rice soup which was not even close comparable to Empire East. Panda actually had rice and chicken filled up to the top, the soup will fill you up as a meal and the price is great, 2 soups for $5.50, it's really that good for 2 people.
